Hi, I recently updated to 9119. Since then, I haven't been able to rip any BDs. I tried going back to previous versions and now those won't work either. I also tried BDs I had successfully ripped before. Those don't work now either. Has anyone else had this problem?

JSparks: I deleted my second response on cleaning registry as I noticed your blu ray drives firmware is out of date.
Your using old firmware version 1.00 the new firmwear is version 101a1 go to softwear update linked on this page.
Fixes: Blu-ray Disc Readability Improved
See if this will cure your problem if not repost main problem here again my friend CBR929 was posting for a problem in your posted log my response addresses your 1st post concerning not able to rip blu ray disks.
I asked for that log just to check your drives firmware and as you see it's outdated and the new version fixes Blu-ray disc readability which could be your problem.
If after updating firmware theirs still a problem here's a small free Microsoft fix it tool that will scan for drive problems and fix it or report back to you if it finds problems download it here.

The directions were right their:Unplug the drive from the computer then plug it back in.Also try rebooting as long as the electric didn't go out during a flash of firmware you should be able to get it running again.

That's why I don't recommend updating firmware as routine troubleshooting, there is risk involved and should be a last resort. If it ain't broke don't fix it.
The macroblock issue I get from time to time and may not keep the file from playing. I consider it a warning only because my files always play. It can be corrected in any case with frame resolution and/or bit rate. The fatal issue is likely the selected audio stream in the original. I'll do some checking mp4 may not like dca/DTS audio. How to post the internal log
