BD Ripper (3D Plus) Unable to rip "RED"

Unable to rip the film "Red" on blu-ray disc. I've tried with and without gpu encode/decode. Both log files are attached. When I start the rip, frame rate drops to zero and I must cancel to regain control over DVDfab. Using version 9.1.1.9.

Same effects with the Apple profile and the MKV profile.

Theirs a read error in the first log normally caused by a dirty or scratched disk so clean the disk well if scratched it may not convert.Also upgrade to the new Fab 9121 and try again.

I'm not sure if it matters but (1) DVDfab recognizes the BD, (2) it finds the titles underneath, and (3) the preview function of 9.1.1.9 plays the video perfectly.

I can rip the preview clips and special feature clips but a t frame rates between 3 and 4.

I've also tried ripping with 8.2.2.9. Same results - the frame rate goes to zero.

I tried cleaning the BD but same results. I will install the update and try again.
