DVD to mobile will not make Ipod files or other files with video

I have problem with the DVDFAB DVD to mobile part of the program.

If i go Ipod section (or for the matter any of the other sections) and try to make Ipod (or anyother file with video) file using the profiles for the Ipod when starting the conversion (1 pass) the encoding Fps sarts and rapidly go to 0 and nothing seems to happen?

If I only do the audio only I converts nicely. Do you know can be wrong?
