BD Ripper (3D Plus) Bad audio in Lord of the Rings Extended Blu-Ray

I am trying to rip the lord of the rings extended blu-ray trilogy but I cannot seem to get the audio to work out unless I check the "copy audio" checkbox. When I say it does not work out, it seems like it is missing the center channel, and there is a lot of static. Here are screenshots of my settings, and the log files. I will also try and upload a clip from the video.

Hi,

Please update to the latest beta version and try again.

Fix the audio issue when converting with 6.1 audio track.

Please post your logs the default location is:
For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
