BD Ripper (3D Plus) BluRay Rip hung 9.1.2.2

Hello,
My Transformers_2 rip stalls at 31% to 33%. I have tried with software and hardware encoding, no difference. its not a disc issue, other software copies it just fine.

Please see logs, 1st is for hardware, last is for software.

win 7 64bit i7 sandybridge 8gb memory using wd external hard drive my book studio II via esata

Try version 9123.Make sure disk is clean and scratch free.

9.1.2.3 worked but there was an error around 73%, I retried and it worked through it.

On your second disk their was read errors so you better check the movie see if it's all their.In the future copy a disk when it's new as scratches cause read errors.
