BD Ripper (3D Plus) Ripping multiple streams + anaglyph support

Are there any good ways to rip more than one audio/subtitle stream at once? Or are there any good ways to mux more into the file at a later stage?

Also, will it be possible to encode video as anaglyph at some point?

Got a demonstration from a friend last night and am really tempted as long as my two issues are addressed.

    yes you can

with a container like MKV, you can rip multiple audio tracks into the same file. For example you can include the main audio plus a director's commentary in the some file. You can also use something like MKVmerge to merge separate audio tracks into an mkv file

With blu ray ripper/3d ripper you can do this now.You can keep all the subtitle and audio tracks also at least with m2ts 3d anaglyph.
