BD Ripper (3D Plus) Ripper gets stuck, never finishes

Hi, I'm having a problem where ripper just gets stuck. I'm using DVD Fab 8 but had a similar problem with DVD Fab 9 - I rolled it back to see if that would solve the problem. The ripper starts OK but never finishes. There's no error message or crash and the cancel button stays active. I'm ripping to M2TS (passthrough), which used to take about 40 mins. I'm attaching an internal log file as an example. Any ideas?

Please update to the latest version V9129 and try again.

Please post the log file of DVDFab9 if the issue is still reproduced.

Thanks - I can rip now but I have another problem. In DVD Fab 9 the dialog boxes are completely blank, just a dark rectangle with no (visible) text or buttons.
