BD Ripper (3D Plus) DVDFab 9 won't launch to full interface

DVDFab 9 won't launch to the full GUI interface.

I had DVDFab 9.0.4.7 running and able to to BD rip to MKV. Each time I would launch it, it wouldn't open on first shortcut click, the proper looking DVDFab icon would appear on the Windows taskbar, but the app wouldn't fully open. I would right-click on the DVDFab icon (appearing as if a running app) on the taskbar, click Close, and then click to re-launch a 2nd time and then DVDFab 9 would open

On launching, it was prompting me that I had an update, so between rips, I let it update to the current build 9128 (yesterday). On first launch of 9.1.2.8 it was very sluggish and finally froze between clicking in to various options (e.g., trying to get in the Settings).

So I un-installed 9.1.2.8; read these forums and others on DVDFab "won't launch" issue and opted to try the 9.1.2.9Beta build.

I ran CCleaner registry cleaner until no items showed up, cleaned TEMP files, ALSO un-installed version 8.2.2.7 which was on same machine. Then re-booted machine ...

    - 1st installed 8.2.3.0Qt - no problem - installed and launched as expected.
    - Then re-installed the 9.1.2.9Beta, did the re-start as requested by Install, and tried to launch ... again, the DVDFab appears on the taskbar, app doesn't open, DVDFab appears running in Task Manager and also EXE in processes, but now full GUI window opens.

I gave Symantec Endpoint Protection firewall wide-open both ways for the DVDFab .EXE; same for Windows firewall, even though Symantec says it's "disabled".

machine is dedicated to DVDFab; not much for apps as it's just a ripper:
    - Windows 7 Enterprise 64-bit
    - Core 2 T9400 2.53 GHz
    - 8 GB memory
    - NVIDIA Quadro FX 2700M 512 MB, driver 332.50

I put the two logs generated after the re-install and launch attempt below
Any reason the fabcheck LOG indicates "no CUDA-capable devices were detected"?

Thanks much if anything jumps out.
In the interim, I hoping version 8 can do my BD rips for now.

It take DVDFab about 20 seconds to launch on my machine.

I was hopeful to that suggestion that it might take 20 seconds if i was being impatient. No luck though; let it sit for a good minute plus and no launch.

        Hi,

Did you see the ""won't launch" issue every time when running DVDFab?
Please run DVDFab by the "Qt log" shortcut in the installation folder of DVDFab9 and post the new log file.

Any reason the fabcheck LOG indicates "no CUDA-capable devices were detected"?
For some reason that you could not use CUDA GPU in DVDFab.
Would you please check your card by the free tool GPU-Z and attach the screenshot here?

        Wilson
Please post your logs the default location is:
        For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
        For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.

        Thanks!
