BD Ripper (3D Plus) Are my rips slow?

    Hi Guys

I'm using BD Ripper (DVDFab 9.1.2.8) to convert my Blurays into mp4 and it is taking forever to rip one disk.

To be fair my computer is not the quickest and so I'm wondering whether it's a problem with my hardware or the software. It may be neither.

At this time it is taking 20-22 hours to rip one Bluray movie. This is true for every movie I've tried.

I'm currently ripping to 1920x1080 and get a Fps of 2.5. I've set the GPU codec to software. Allowed the program through my firewall and even tried disabling my antivirus.

My computer sports an Intel Atom Dual Core processor 1.8 Ghz.

    Any help much appreciated.

    Cheers,

    Alex

Hi Amoscow, I'm afraid that may be the best you can hope for pal. I have a netbook with a dual core Atom processor and it just doesn't have enough processing power to run DVDFab at anything like reasonable speed, especially on a BR disc.
How to post the internal log

The Intel Atom with no GPU acceleration is your problem, I have a i7 laptop with Intel graphics that frequently exceeds 100Fps, you need better hardware.

          Thanks buddy.

I thought it might be a hardware issue. Time to invest in a better rig methinks.
