BD Ripper (3D Plus) Where is Bluray to MKV at in 9.1.2.8

I purchased this to rip bluray to mkv so i could view on my tablets. Is this feature not avail on this version? If so, then i will start process for refund.

It's there, scan your BD and and click the symbol I've highlighted and you'll see it.

MP4 is the only option available....where is the menu option to bring MKV into the choices?

also, i see in your jpeg that you have 9.1.2.9?

i tried to upgrade from 9.1.2.8 but check for updates notifies me that i have the latest version?

tenpin click right on the MP4 blue symbol in the left column it will then show all options.

COOOOOOOOL!!!!!! that worked..........i think i read the whole manual and didnt see or understand the reference to how that button would open up that menu.
