DVD Ripper Merging two files to play on Hard Drive

How do I merge two ripped mp4 files to play as one movie? I have several movies that have either 2 disc or side A / side B that I want to rip to my hard drive but I want only one file.

Try mp4joiner http://www.mp4joiner.org/en/, it's free open source software and should be able to do what you want.
