I made an MP4 of Four Brothers and the audio is good in the beginning but off at the end. I tried ver 9.1.3.3 and 9.1.3.5 with the same result. Any help would be appreciated.

DVDFab log default location:
For Windows: C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab10\Log
For Mac: Finder> Documents> DVDFab10> Log
DVDFab Player 5:

I used MP4 Passthrough. I included both the DTS and AC3 tracks and the audio is still behind by ~1 second for each track.

MKV is Good
I tried Four Brothers with MKV Passthrough and there is no audio sync problem. Looks like MP4 is the problem.

Can you send internal log include issue? MP4 passthough?

Here is the log.
I'm not good at reading these logs but it looks like the resolution detected is different between MP4 and MKV. I ran into a problem recently with another movie that would play with video and sound being very choppy. It showed the resolution of 720x404. I manually changed it to 1920x1080 and all was fine. Could these problems be related?
