    DVD Ripper Pixelated file

I was ripping Kick Ass 2 and the file, when played either by Windows Media player or VLC player, is pixelated. I ripped 3 other movies and neither of them experienced this problem. Any ideas why this is happening?

Might need to explain a little more. Not giving a guy much to work with.

What type of rip? What bitrate? etc.
