BD Ripper (3D Plus) Cannot open BluRay - Firewall error

I cannot open and Blu-Ray disk. I get a firewall error. I have added DVDFab to my list of application in McAfee, and have even turned off McAfee, but neither has work. I keep getting the firewall error. Any suggestions?

Was there some file deleted by McAfee?
uninstall Fab ,do a clean install.
Is there any error tips from fab when you open the Blu-ray disc?

I would suggest uninstalling McAffee, rebooting and try again.
You may also need to get the McAffee remover from their site to actually do a clean uninstall. McAfee is known to cause quite a lot of problems with a lot of software.

No message other than firewall and to add DVdFab to list of authorized programs.
