BD Ripper (3D Plus) Settings not visible in GUI

Hi, I have been using v. 9 to rip Blu-rays using M2TS passthrough and had one where I wanted to select a particular audio stream. I think you are supposed to be able to do this in the main panel of the ripper tab (right of the panel that says 'Output' at the top) - but this has always been blank in my installation. The cursor changes when I move the mouse over the area and I can get what must be pull-down boxes to open, but the boxes themselves are just grey with no text. I have tried downloading the latest version (9.1.4.2) but it's the same. Can anyone help?

Select the audio stream in the panel just after you select the source, see attachment:

Yes I thought that was what you were supposed to do but I wasn't able to do it because the panel was blank (i.e. the whole area was just white, no writing, no icons, no pull-downs etc.)

I found an updated display driver and this has fixed it.
