BD Ripper (3D Plus) DVDFab 9.1.4.2 freezes at around 20%

The BluRay ripper seems to "freeze" after around 18-20%. The GUI itself is still responsive, and the Task Time Elapsed continues to climb. However the status line also shows "Total: 1/1", and has NO frame rate information.

There is no error message - just that the progress bar freezes, even if left for several hours. The only way I can successfully rip a disc is by enabling "Lightning Shrink" - but then it takes around 8 hours to rip the disc.

It seems to do this regardless of whether I choose MP4 or MKV as the output format. And the same thing has happened on two different machines.

Your blu ray drive is way out of date using firmware from 2010 version 100-09 you should update to version 102AO nov 2013 here http://www.firmwarehq.com/LG/BH10LS30/files.html
Follow all directions to the letter or you can make your blu ray drive useless.

Your internal card is way under powered for a 6 core machine 3d processing requires a lot of number crunching power.

You should put the 3d disk on the computer first make a 3d iso clone by using clone/burn to hard drive first then make your conversion to mkv 3d from the cloned iso on the hard drive. If you still have problems converting using cuda with your card go into Fab settings and check the use all software and un check lightning recording and lightning shrink.
