BD Ripper (3D Plus) Bluray ripper problem

I have an interesting problem. I use Ripper mode. I use 9.1.4.2
I have 2 blurays that I am having a problem with.
1. Brings up an error message "Opening bluray source: movie name".
You can hear it accessing the drive for a period then .. nothing .. back to DVDFab main sceen ... Insert disc or click on the +

2. 2nd Problem with different bluray is DVDFab will start with
" Opening bluray source" .. works correctly. Next step
"Analyeze title 3 information" G:?(BLUE_JASMINE)
goes for a short time then the grey popup appears with
Error While Reading and the options.
OK this one I see a lot with scratched discs etc so understandable until
i tell you that BOTH of these discs play in DVDFab Mediaplayer2

So 1 DVDFab product is fine with them and 1 isnt

Can anyone shed some light on that for me please

Jep:Playing a blu ray is one thing error correctors built in players can handle some scratched disks but when it comes to copying that's a new ballgame the disk must be in good shape with no deep scratches and clean as dirt and fingerprints can prevent copying a disk.Clean the disk well then try again.

If the disk is new and this happens it could be something different we need your dvdfab internal log files for the disks that don't work after cleaning the disk good and using the latest Fab version (9042 at this hour).

See how to post them below the newest attempt will be the file on the bottom of the list of movies you tried or made in the dvdfab internal log.Please cut and paste only the movies you had trouble with not the whole log file.
