    DVD Ripper Unable to rip DVD

    Hello,

    I first copy the DVD on my hard drive and then rip them using DVDFAB into H264 format as it is so much easier to watch. I have not had any problems in the past, but I unable rip my lastest DVD. Please refer to the attached log files for an explanation of the issue.

    From the log , it displays can't find perset file . May it be deleted for some reason . You can re-install the latest Fab -9143beta.

    DVDFab log default location:
    For Windows: C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab10\Log
    For Mac: Finder> Documents> DVDFab10> Log

    DVDFab Player 5:
    For Windows:C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab Player 5\Log

      Jamesm:Your blu ray drive is 3 versions of firmware out of date you should be on version 102AO your using a 4 year old version 100-09 you can update here
      Follow all directions to the letter or you can render your blu ray drive useless.
