    BD Ripper (3D Plus) Bluray Conversion Audio Sync problems

    I've noticed others have had the same problem. Upgraded to newest release and every movie that is converted from bluray to mp4 format has audio sync issues. It appears the frame rate is off because the sync issue gets worse towards the middle and end of the movie. (Settings are for frame rate to be same as source.)

    Reviewing other similar difficulties mentioned in the forums, this doesn't appear to be an isolated problem. Any solutions?

    You need to post your internal log when you have a problem or else it's guess work. My guess is your output audio is AAC I have the same issues when I convert an HD audio stream to AAC audio. I use AC3 for the audio output stream and haven't had an issue. I just made an mp4 of Smaug using AC3 audio output, to check this, and the A/V sync is spot on throughout.

      Looks like you're right.

      Audio setting was on AAC. Will try again on AC3, if its still a problem, then will post log.

              Same problem

              ...but my output is MKV, audiocopy, not AAC.

              And it seems most of the movies I did rip from blu-ray has this issue... From a very long time.

                It can not fixed your issue, like 90312 said?
                I will test audio this week, hope can reproduce it and fixed it soon.

                  I do all my MKV with audiocopy so no AAC or AC3

                  now the video on output file goes twice the speed and the duration of the movie is 45 mn vs 1h30

                  The original BD is 50p, and there is no other choice for me than "frame rate identical to source"
