BD Ripper (3D Plus) Gravity, 27GB ISO > 90.1 ISO!

    Hi Guys,

I have ripped my 3d gravity film to my hdd. It came out a total of 27GB. When I run Blu-ray Ripper (3D Plus) to iso so I can play on my WDTV the file ends up at 90GB!

I was very keen to purchase before this.

    Any help would be appreciated.

When you ripped to hard drive did you use clone/burn to make a 50 gig cloned iso to hard drive first? If not do so.

I had no trouble with my region 1 3d blu ray i made a main movie out of the cloned iso uncompressed came in at 24832 gigs a little to big for a 25 gig disk if your burning to disk.

I am compressing it now to 2300 gigs disk size and will post my results using Fab version 9146 this will take me 52 mins. will report back when done.

Edit-Compressed movie came in at 21.6 gigs no problem.

Confirm this is a bug of DVDFab when converting 3d to SBS 3D.
Please select "Copy as 3D" option in Advanced Setting.
WDTV should support to play the 3D movie.

            Thanks for you good feedback.

Where did these 3d blu rays come from? you have a older dvd drive not a blu ray drive.

I have an external BD Drive, which I use to rip my movies to my HDD. Most of the time however, it's unplugged as it shares a usb port with my printer which I use daily.

Hi. If this is a bug, do you have any idea when it will be fixed? Ripping to a BD25 SBS 3D works well. Thanks.

Hi, I can confirm that the "Copy as 3D" option does not work for me on my WDTV SMP. I do not get 3D output.

Do you have any idea when the SBS 3D bug will be fixed? Until then I'll stick with BD25 output.

                    Cheers

Take the store brought 3d disk set Fab to clone/burn set output 50 gigs to hard drive after that's done and on the hard drive drag the cloned iso with mouse or use the plus button and select the new 50 gig cloned iso put the cloned iso back in fab select 3d ripper and make your side by side from it.From what I read your player doesn't do full frame packed 3d only side by sides or over and under 3d.
