BD Ripper (3D Plus) Subtitles with MT2S passthrough

Hi,

I practically always rip using the MT2S passthrough profile and playback on a Sony BluRay player. I am losing the subtitles - at least I can't bring them up on the Sony. If I open the file in e.g. VLC Player they are there but the Sony can't seem them somehow. I think the names of the tracks are being changed and that may be the problem - does anyone have a workaround?
