Grimm S2 crashes DVDfab & DVD.ISO want open

    DVD Ripper Grimm S2 crashes DVDfab & DVD.ISO want open

    Hi, I am running DVDFab 9.1.5.9 - I am ripping my DVD collection to .MP4 and everytime I drop and drag GIMM Season 2 iso to the ripper, DVD fab crashes and closes (I have ripped Season 1).

    there are also a few dvd.iso that just want open in the ripper and simply hang: -
    Transformer3,Cloud Atlas, EasyA, Narnia Prince Caspian, Parental Guidance, The expatriate, The Mortal instruments....the will just sit there for hours with the blue line running trying to open.

    DVDFab log default location:
    For Windows: C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab10\Log
    For Mac: Finder> Documents> DVDFab10> Log

    DVDFab Player 5:
    For Windows:C:\Users\User Name\Documents\DVDFab Player 5\Log

      Just updated to DVDfab 9.1.6.3 and Grimm S2 crashed the program again.

      I have uploaded the internal log and a screen shot of my computer when it crashed.

      I have also sent an email to DVDfab each time it crashed as it comes up to report the problem via email. Have not had a response from DVDfab for any of them.

        Hi,

        I saw that DVDFab pops up the crash report when crash happening.

        Would you please save the crash report and then attach to this forum thread?

        For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log

          Hi Wilson

          The file is too large to load, it only lets me save it as zip & your site says it exceeds the 63.1 KB allowed, it is 664KB - I don't know how to make it smaller than a zip.

          I have emailed 3 or 4, are you able to access these?

              Bones now & Grimm Crash DVDfab

              Hi Wilson

              Now I have Bones crashing dvdFab as well, but not all disc.

              Bones Season1 Disc 2,3,5 crashed fab - discs 1,4,6 were ok
              Bones Season2 Disc 1,2,3,4 crashed fab - discs 5,6 were ok

                  just downloaded Beta 9.1.6.5 and Grimm S2 D1 just crashed fab. I have emailed the report and saved it.
