DVD Ripper Crop feature does not work

No matter one pass or 2 passes in conversion from dvd to mp4, the crop in dvd rip (from a folder) does not work. The output file resolution is reduced as specified but the video isn't cropped.

Please open "Video Edit > Crop" to set options manually.

If still doesn't work, please take a screenshot of video edit window and post here.

In the video edit > crop screen, everything looks good (the preview output is cropped), but it's just that the actual output file isn't cropped.
