I'm trying to make an upgrade rip for one of my older rips, but for some reason, when I load the DVD into DVDFab 9, it comes out looking like this. Mediainfo says the DVD is in 4:3, but the film is in 16:9. I had ripped this previously with an earlier version of DVDFab and didn't have this problem. How do I get the output into the correct aspect ratio?

Hi ZacharyGeorgeNN,
In order to help you better and check where the problem is asap,
would you please use DVD Copy > Main Movie mode to copy your movie onto hard drive and save as .iso file,
then upload copied file using the FTP program to our FTP site?
You just need to copy 2~3 chapters of the movie in order to save time,
then please check if it can reproduce your problem,
if yes, please send us the copied small file.
I have sent you a PM. Please check the PM for more info.
Thanks very much.User Manual for DVDFab v10 (pdf)
