BD Ripper (3D Plus) Where did option to disable cropping go?

There used to be an option to disable cropping so that ripping is done at the native resolution. I think it was under the common options.

It appears to be gone and now BD Rip wants to auto crop disks each time I put one in and I have to manually set it back.

I want the video ripped at 1080p with the black bars always.

How do I make it stop doing this on a permanent basis?

Confirmed under an older version. This setting was in Common Settings \ Conversion \ Convert \ Crop automatically (checkbox)
