BD Ripper (3D Plus) Audio Skipping on MKV conversion

I bought the bluray ripper and tried to convert Maleficent bluray to an MKV. The audio skips. Do i have to makes changes under advances settings or common settings? If so what should they be?

DVDFab 9 doesn't need key to register. Just use the login information of member center to active your product.

According to the law of the United States, DVDFab products sold in the US no longer contain the ability to remove this technology from AACS-protected (Blu-ray) discs. I am very sorry for this. DVDFab US version release from DVDFab 9.1.5.0.

Is the DVDFabUS the only version I will be allowed to run? I have tried other versions of DVDFab 9, but I get a runtime error.
