Other dvdfab hangs at startup

Hi,

using win 8.1 pro 64 bits, DVDFab 9.1.7.1 and DVDFab 9.1.7.4.
Intel core i7, intel motherboardn 8Gb RAL
Often (1 time on 2 ), DVDFab doesn't start.
I can see process is started, but dfdfab doesn't show any Windows, not even the one with products activated.
I can't kill process. The only way to start it correctly is to reboot computer.

Any hint?
