I'm loving the product and I have ripped most of my Blu-Rays and DVDs to my HTPC. This title is the first that has failed. The error is "process failed". Is there anything I can do?
Also: my copy of the Ripper is licensed until 2016. How do I determine whether there are updates I can download?
