BD Ripper (3D Plus) DVDFab thinks it's ...1920x1036!!!

This is the second 3D blu ray on which DvdFab 9 detects the wrong resolution. On the first one, I used DvdFab 8 and it showed 1920x1080 as it should -everything went OK. On this second, DvdFab can't open it, so I'm stuck with the newer version I bought which shows the wrong resolution. Is there any solution or what?

What title and region 3d movie is this? If you don't know letter boxed movies will give different choices of resolution based on how much letter boxing is used a popular size is 1920x800 their are others also and 4x3 movie can be 1680x1080.Post your Fab internal log file for this movie so staff can check it.

I've tested two titles and both have been detected wrong:
1. Astérix: Le domaine des dieux (2014) (3D bluray)
2. Mortadelo y Filemón contra Jimmy el Cachondo (2014) (3D bluray)
