Since I updated to the newest version DVD Fab will load the DVD source but after I hit start the time remaining continues to grow and the task stays on zero % complete. I uninstalled DVD FAB re-installing it fixed the problem for a few days but now the same issues are occurring again

Did you mean that the same source could be converted fine after uninstalling and re-installing the same DVDFab version?
Would you please attach the DVDFab internal log file and give us a screenshot?

WilsonPlease post your logs the default location is:
For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
