BD Ripper (3D Plus) DVDFab will not rip to 4K

I have been ripping my Blurays to MP4 4K for some time. Suddenly the program refuses to rip or convert 4K files. It will rip the blurays to 1080.
I tried uninstalling the latest beta program and using an older version and it still will not work. The fps over about 10 minutes goes to 0 and the time remaining builds to over 20 hours.Then the program stops processing.
I have attached the internal log file.

Additional Information

I tried a different program version v9178 that runs to completion ripping BluRays to 4K MP4 on a laptop. It also crashes on my desktop PC when ripping BluRays to 4K MP4.
