DVD Ripper Best MKV option for DVD rips?

I have tried avoiding creating a new thread by doing a search but after an hour of tracking down different search results, could not seem to find a definitive answer.

So here I am. In the latest DVDFAB version, and when I choose a rip to mkv I see these options, but mousing over them gives the same description, with no indication of whether any or all provide a one-to-one quality result or whether any of them compress to a lower quality.

    MKV.4K
    MKV.H265
    MKV
    MKVPASSTHROUGH

Which, if any, of these will provide a 1-to-1 copy quality wise? I want a result that will be the exact same copy as the original. but I do not want to use the DVD Copy option and end up with a whole bunch of separate VOB files.
Will one of the Ripper options do this, or is the Copy option my only choice?

MKV Passthrough is what you are looking for. It passes the audio and video through to the MKV container uncompressed and unchanged.
