BD Ripper (3D Plus) 3D Full SBS

Hi,
I try to convert to MKV Full HD 3D from a FUll HD 3D BluRay (Captain America:Winter Soldier).

3D MKV profile gives a H SBS 3D :-(
My solution : 4K 3D MKV profile => Ok on the TV
BUT CUDA won't activate. Encoding at 8fps (5 hours for a film) !

CUDA is working OK for a MKV encodeing (130fps)
CUDA isn't working with 3D* profiles

Did someone manage to get CUDA work on 3D* profiles ?
