I turned off GPU acceleration and this did not help.
By the way my GPU acceleration is the GTX980 video card which some of you are talking about in another thread.
The current BD disk Get Hard I have problems with is one of many that the software will not rip to 4k MP4. It rips fine to 2K MP4.
The sequence of events that occurs when I attempt to rip to 4K MP4 is as follows.
      Software starts.
The encoding FPS starts at about 60fps
As the time elapsed approaches 4 minutes the fps encoding decreases to about 4fps
The time remaining quickly goes goes to 3 hours plus
Then the elapsed time and time remaining go to zero and the program continues to run though no encoding is being done.
After several unsuccessful attempts the program now crashes at every start up
      Current logs attached

do you have the latest driver for your video card??
if you have the latest driver you might try rolling back to the previously installed
        driver.

Happens with the previous driver and the latest Nvidia driver.
only happens when upscaling to 4K while ripping
