DVD Ripper The Water Diviner only ripping half

I'm having problems ripping The Water Diviner, it only gets half way through and then just abruptly says its done. I've tried AVI and MP4 getting the same results. I've tried 9.2.0.2 and 9.2.1.0.
The movie from DVD and disc will play all the way through.
This is on a 64bit windows 7 machine. Any suggestions?

please attach the dvdfab internal log session.
and make sure that you are using the licensed version of DVDFab.
