when ripping from blu ray disc or hdd to mp4 files always get a small glitch (½ second) every 2 minutes or so. same thing if a use dvd disc or hdd.... got this problem from a while now..if i go back to 9163 no glitch.. but after that i get the glitch. since there is no error in the process log file is pretty useless... using vista32.

Try an MKV, my TAB 3 plays them fine. Just make sure you select AAC audio and you should be good to go. By the way I just tried an MP4 and it's fine using the MP4 profile.How to post the internal log

i did not try mkv but i did try the mp4 file and i don't have the glitch but if i try from preselect format : samsung galaxy note 8 (closest one for me), i do have the glitch.....Comment
