Im not a techie, so I was hoping I would just load this software, insert my kids DVD and download to my iPod. Well, I'm not finding it quite so easy and was hoping some support person might be reviewing these threads.

I insert a DVD but the program is not even seeing it?

Will your computer play the DVD initially? Does the computer see the DVD?
