BD Ripper (3D Plus) 9.2.1.9 seems slower on MKV Passthrough

Before upgrading to 9.2.1.9, a typical Blu-ray would take approximately 4 minutes to place in an MKV container. My experience has been that I would see the progress data, as shown in the attachment, but after a minute or two, the "time elapsed" would disappear and only "time left" would be showing. It was a very fast conversion. Now, time elapsed and time left continue to show throughout the process. With the current version, the total time is approximately 8 minutes which is doubled the time it used to take.

I've checked all my settings and I believe they are what I want. I've also tried it again using Default settings and the results are the same.

    Any help is appreciated.

Under Common Settings, I ticked "Disable all GPU codecs for decoding and encoding" and tried the conversion again.

While I still have the time elapsed/time left still showing throughout, there was a major increase in performance. Processing time went from approximately 8 minutes to 6 minutes.
