I was using an old version, DVDFab 5, to convert DVD's to AVI. Recently, the conversions would never finish and would eventually crash my laptop - worked perfectly (the program) for years until then. Now, I have upgraded to 6.2.1.8 and instead of getting a single titled video file, I get converted unnamed individual VTS files. I am hoping it's a simple settings issue. Thanks in advance.

Make sure that you are choosing DVD to Mobile and the generic.avi.xvid.audiocopy profile.

Thanks, but I was in DVD to Mobile mode. The new version gives you additional options - I chose the AVI version, but only after the generic option yielded the same results as those to which I referred.Comment
