DVD Ripper Broken files?

First time using the dvd ripper function to MP4. All rips from an already burned dvdfab copied disc, most attempts work fine and end up with one playable file. Others, the rip creates a folder with three separate files in it, a .title1 a .title1.idx and a .title1.sub.

So what am I doing wrong here??

did you try the original source disc??

also please post the dvdfab internal log files. also check that you are using the latest dvdfab version 9.2.1.9

Also, does anyone know how to merge these 3 files into the correct playable file (whatever u call such file)? I've been using the last version of dvdfab 8, as it seems to rip better than 9, which keeps freezing up on me while processing. Anyone else have these issues?

That's normal output if you choose to export the subtitles, you'll get three files. Make the mp4 again and set the subtitles to remux into file and you'll get what you want.
