BD Ripper (3D Plus) No Audio

I cannot get DVDFab to include any DTS-HD Master Audio or Dolby True HD on my MP4 4K rips. I have the audio selected as Copy Audio, Same As Source.
The attached screen shot shows that English DTS-HD Master/7.1 is available on the disc.

What is ripped is
Bit rate : 1 509 Kbps
Channel(s) : channel0
Sampling rate : 0 Hz

I can get audio if I deselect Copy Audio.
Then the resultant audio is not DTS -HD but lossy at 640 Kbps or 448 Kbps

This is a problem that support has not addressed.
It negatively impacts the use of BD Ripper

MP4 does not support DTS-HD audio, DTS only.

Wilson Wang Does this also apply to 4k MKV ripper? I have tried multiple times to copy audio and will not rip DTS HD or Atmos, while it will with no problem on the bluray ripper?

UHD Ripper， audio source DTS HD or Atmos, copy audio for output, we have no problem playing the audio part on our end.

If you still have a problem when using the latest DVDFab13, please start a new thread with more details, thank you in advance.
