DVD Ripper 9.2.2.3 and h.264

I have a nvidia 750 TI and usually runs 600 fps on dvd rip with h.264. since 9.2.2.1 h.264 is not working fps have dropped to 83. have downgraded fab from 9.2.2.3 to 9.2.2.2 to 9.2.2.1 and have the problem. dropped again to 9.2.1.9 and all is working again? it seems that h.265 the problem is there. i am running nvidia 335.32 drivers if i upgrade will cuda still work with 750 TI or is it in the new fab since 9.2.2.1?

CUDA is working fine for me with driver 361.43, I have a 980 card a little different animal, but try updating the graphics drivers and give it a go.
