When trying to rip the blue ray copy, I get a message that the protection on this disc is not supported? I have used version 9.2.2.4 and the Beta Version 9.2.2.5 but neither will read the disc?

please post the dvdfab internal log files.
and tell us the region/country of the disc.
it won't be a version update but rather a server update
