BD Ripper (3D Plus) Erroneous rip/split to M2TS (passthrough)

For whatever reason, DVDFab is not splitting by chapter to M2TS (passthrough) properly. Output results in files that are two seconds longer than they should be, as if DVDFab is not properly reading the chapter marker. Why is this?

This causes errors in merge attempts in other tools like tsMuxeR and MKVMerge.

Same problem

I have the same problem.
Split to chapter works for DVD's. The problem only occurs on a BD.

Symptoms:
Between 2 chapters...
The first chapter contains about 1-2 seconds at the end from beginning of the second.
Causes a stutter in the audio, and a flicker in the video when they are imported into a video editor such as Vegas Pro.

So far, I'm getting around it by NOT splitting into chapters, extracting the chapter points from the BDINFO, and inserting them into Vegas Pro using Vegasaur.
