BD Ripper (3D Plus) H265 ripping speed

How long should it take me to rip a bluray using the H265 MKV with this setup?

    GeForce GTX 950
    i7-5390K CPU @ 3.5ghz
    windows 10

It is taking me 17 hours to do a high quality rip.
How do I post the log file?

          Update

So I think I've figured this out.
When ripping a high quality rip (2 pass), it will not use CUDA and takes 17 hours.
When doing a one pass rip, CUDA is used and it taked 15 minutes.

Why is CUDA not available for a high quality 2-pass rip?
