BD Ripper (3D Plus) Full 3D gives big bars

Hey.

When im trying to rip a 3D blu ray as full sbs mkv h265 or h264, the outcome
Is a movie with BIG black bars in top and bottom of the screen.
If i rip as half sbs the picture outcome is with normal small bars.
Why do i get these huge bars in full res. Thanks.

I believe full side by side 3d is for 4k screens 1/2 side by side for regular 3d mkvs.
