BD Ripper (3D Plus) Hunger Games Mockingjay Part 1

DVDFab Blu-ray ripper won't rip HG Mockingjay Part 1 it just makes the software up and quit. I even have version 9237 and still it crashes. Here's my log file.

Has anyone looked at this log file yet, any ideas why I can't open this blu-ray to rip? It makes DVDFab crash pretty hard.

I looked and tried several things to reproduce the crash. I thought maybe it was the TrueHD audio but it passes through just fine. Try unchecking this box:

Unfortunately, that didn't work either. The time elapsed starts counting but the file is never created and the time remaining never even starts. I click cancel and then on finish and then the software becomes unresponsive and crashes.

Maybe one of the developers will come by and take a look, that's all I've got.
