Yeah those read errors will prevent the copy, clean the disc well and check for damage. The disc may have manufacturing errors impossible to see and can't be fixed.

As you see the log DVDFab 9.2.3.3 (2016/03/22 12:25:44), I tried to read another music DVD with same error, but I can play it as usual, only cannot be ripped.

Both DVD disc are in very good condition and without any physically damage

Just because you can play the disc doesn't mean you can copy it. 9.2.3.7 is the current version you should try.

Sometimes it's a protection scheme? But the smallest pits on a DVD are about 0.4 microns (0.0001575 inches) wide and are in a circular data path 7.5 miles long on a DVD so you really can’t see the damage the laser can. The decoder in a player is forgiving of this damage a transcoder used to copy is not.

                  Thanks for your kindly support,

I will try to use another player to see if it can works.

I think the problem may comes fm the reading head of my DVD reader.
