BD Ripper (3D Plus) Dolby Digital Plus 7.1 sound?

I can't see that BD Ripper can output 7.1 Dolby Digital Plus (E-AC3) when ripping to MP4's - is this something that is in the works? It would be nice since Apple TV4 now supports it.

For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log

If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
