BD Ripper (3D Plus) ERROR - X-Men: Days of Future Past [UK]

I get an error when DVDFab v9.3.0.2 and v9.3.0.3 both try and decrypt X-Men: Days of Future Past [UK edition]. Here is my log file attached. Please help me with this. Thanks

check your internet/firewall connection.
dvdfab needs internet to decrypt blurays.

Thanks, that's what it was. Bitdefender was blocking it's ability to communicate with the DVDFab server. Set up an exception and rule to allow all as trusted.
